2. Course Enrollment & Fees

When you sign up for our online language tutorials, you're securing a place in a curated educational environment. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless a bespoke payment plan has been agreed upon by our administration team in our UK office.

• Tuition includes all digital learning materials.
• Immersion programs may require additional deposits for cultural excursions.
• Prices are subject to change, but we'll always honour the rate active at your time of booking.

3. Attendance & Cancellations

Consistency is the heartbeat of language acquisition. We expect students to attend scheduled coaching sessions promptly. If you can't make it, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Don't let a missed lesson set your progress back!

Cancellations made within 14 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund, provided no course materials have been accessed or sessions attended. After this period, we operate a sliding scale based on the duration of the course already completed.

4. Intellectual Property

The proprietary curriculum and cultural resources provided by ChromifyLingo are for your individual use only. You don't have permission to redistribute, record, or resell our tutorials. We've spent 15 years developing these methodologies to give you a competitive edge in global communication.

5. Code of Conduct

Our immersion programs thrive on mutual respect. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disruptive behaviour in both our physical and digital classrooms. Why choose anything less than a supportive environment for everyone?

6. Limitation of Liability

While we're dedicated to your success, ChromifyLingo doesn't guarantee specific fluency levels within set timeframes, as language learning is a deeply personal and variable process. We're here to guide, but the final results depend on your dedication and practice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
